All the drama in the round 4 of this County league game was in the final.moments as an injury time goal by Kilcummin helped them earn a share of the spoils . Final score Killarney Legion 0-11 Kilcummin 1-8.

The Senior B team found Fossa a tough nut to crack on Friday night in Direen. Two early goals were the foundation for a 2-14 to 0-11 win for Fossa. Ballylongford are next to Direen, the game pencilled in for  Friday night, April 26th.


SENIOR LADIES
Our senior ladies kept their unbeaten start to their Credit Union Donal Curtin Cup campaign in tact away to Firies on Sunday afternoon. On a day perfect for football,  they  ladies dug deep to etch out a one point win on a scoreline of Firies 2-09 Legion 2-10. Next up is a home game against Inbhear Sceil Gaels. 


U11 BOYS
The second game in the U11 GO Games saw us welcome Fossa to Direen on Thursday night. Twenty five players lined out and with the recent dry spell the pitches were in much better shape. Well done to Evan Cox and Aindi O Cathasaigh who refereed and facilitated two great games.

U13 BOYS
The U13 White team was in action Friday night in Templenoe ehere they played a combination of clubs from the area under the banner of Na Fianna. The boys gave a great team performance from the start and played a nice brand of football with all 16 players contributing to a comfortable victory.

U15 BOYS
The Green team continued their good run of form with an impressive win 0ver Na Gaeil during the week. Kicking some great scores towards the end of the game they ran out impressive winners. There on the road again in the next round against Kerins O Rahillys/ Blennerville.

U17 BOYS
The two U17 teams will be busy in the coming weeks. In Division 1 we face games against Dr Crokes, Kenmare, Spa and Rathmore in a very strong group. All five teams competed in the top division in the county. The second team has fixtures against Gneeveguilla, Kenmare B, Beaufort and Fossa. All games are to be played on Monday nights, with the second team first up this Monday April 22nd.


U12 GIRLS
The girls continued their Go Games on Tuesday evening back the road in Fossa. With 32 donning the green and white there was plenty to enthuse about in two competitive games. Our neighbours Dr Crokes visit Direen this week. 


U14 GIRLS
The U14 Girls played right to the final whistle as a goal in the last throes of the game earned them a great win over a gallant Beaufort. Moyvane is their opponent, the team no doubt buoyed by this 4-10 to 3-11 win.


KERRY U16 LADIES
Congratulations to Jason Stack who was a selector with the Kerry U16 team who had a satisfying win in the Munster Final , defeating old rivals Cork in Mallow over the weekend.


GOLF CLASSIC
Sean Murphy and his team are delighted to announce that our Annual Golf Classic is back with a bang with Friday May 3rd pencilled in as the date. What an opportunity to play on one of Ireland’s most picturesque courses, the famed but equally fair O’Mahony’s Point where you will still enjoy the track regardless of your skill level. We are committed to providing our members and the broader Killarney community with the best facilities possible to enhance their health and wellbeing. Every week, hundreds of families use the facilities in the Club and over the past few years, these facilities have been upgraded substantially including excellent floodlighting, upgrading and resurfacing of our 2 main pitches and installation of a 3rd smaller training pitch as well as upgrading of gym facilities to incorporate all ages and sections of the Club.
